Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Most of our items are vintage, one-of-one, or limited stock, so please review all photos, descriptions, sizing, and measurements carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos so we can review the issue.
We believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. At 502 Thrift, we never use stock photos or deceptive filters. We photograph every item ourselves to capture the true texture, color, and character of the fabric. Our photography includes multiple angles—front, back, and close-up shots of any details or flaws. We primarily use natural lighting in our studio to ensure that the colors you see on your screen match what you see in person. When you browse our shop, you get a clear, realistic view of the item, allowing you to shop with the same confidence as if you were holding the piece in your own hands.
